Join us for a wonderful yoga evening retreat right by the ocean. We will come together and end the evening at sunset in stillness. Gentle yin yoga movement, Reiki session, stillness, setting intentions, sound, nature, and nourishing food. 4 hours for you to unwind.

Intuitively choose 3 oracle cards beautifully designed by Rebecca Campbell. We will have time to go through these in detail at the end and you will all have your own guidance notes to refer to ( rather than waiting and sharing) I will guide you through step by step stages of journalling with these.

Melt into your yoga mat, close your eyes and breathe as you are guided through a soothing sound bath and nidra meditation ( 62 point body scan )
