A coastal gathering in alignment with the Autumn Equinox, this 4-day retreat is designed to help you slow down and reconnect. Guided by the elements of earth and ocean, this is a space to Flow and Connect - with yourself, with others, and with the landscape around you.
Set in the Pembrokeshire National Park, Cwm Connell is peaceful and quiet, perfect for nature lovers and bird watchers. This extended weekend will leave you feeling rested and reset as we flow from movement practices into reflective restorative and meditative practices.
