Sea, Sound & Supper - An Autumn Equinox

As September brings the gentle transition into autumn and the energy of the Autumn Equinox, join us for an evening of rest, reflection and nourishment. The Equinox is a time of balance, inviting us to pause, let go of what no longer serves us, and embrace the slower rhythm of the season ahead.

Our Sea, Sound and Supper experience has been thoughtfully designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, stillness and community.

It begins with a gentle Yin Yoga practice, encouraging you to slow down, soften and release tension held within the body. Throughout the session, you'll be surrounded by calming aromas of carefully selected organic essential oils, creating a deeply relaxing atmosphere.

As you settle into stillness, you'll receive a soothing mini head massage and savasana relaxing adjustments offering deeper relaxation.

We'll then journey into a restorative Yoga Nidra, often described as yogic sleep, allowing your body…
