A journey through movement, sound and intention setting.
With over 1000 hours of combined training's, myself and Tanya will be guiding you through a wellness self care workshop.
Root to Rise
As we enter September and approach a new season, this allows us to go inwards and focus on letting go of the past season and welcoming new beginnings.
This workshop will hopefully help you to connect back to yourselves and come together in a community for an afternoon of self care.
It's a perfect time to invest in self care and allow things to be buried that no longer serves us so we can feel rooted to rise again.
